Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the received order, then we offer you the replacement services. No refund will be provided.

Although we try to provide the best services to our clients but in case if you want to replace your order due to any reason (broken, damage) then you can submit your request for replacement on support@shopdop.in

Conditions for replacement:

  • The request for replacement must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The recipient must make the video before opening the package as proof. In the case of no video, there will be no replacement.
  • Reason for the replacement along with the video and order details must submit to support@shopdop.in
  • You will only get the replacement if the product is in a saleable condition and after completing the internal quality check.
  • Used products will not be accepted by us.

Return and Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, then you need to make this request within 24 hours of placing the order. No request for return or cancellation will be taken into consideration after the mentioned period.
