Domestic Shipping:
- We offer nationwide shipping within India for all our products.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
- Standard shipping times within India are estimated at 4-7business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
- Shipping costs are fixed and free if the order value is above INR 1400. You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, and a nominal charge of Rs. 80 is applicable.
COD Advance:
To ensure the smooth delivery of your COD order, our team will request a small advance payment during the confirmation call.
This advance amount, which can vary based on the total order value, helps confirm that you will accept and properly receive the parcel.
The advance payment will be deducted from your total order value upon delivery.
In the case of COD advance payments, if a parcel is returned due to customer's unavailability or any other such issues at customer's end, no refund will be issued to the client.
International Shipping:
- We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers around the world.
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout.
- Customs and import duties may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Order Delays:
In the rare event of unexpected delays in shipping, we will promptly communicate with you and provide updates on the status of your order.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file a report.
