Returns:

• To initiate a return for a damaged or incomplete item, please contact our customer service at shopdop.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) in question, and provide actual unpacking videos from start to end, ensuring that every single product is visible.
• Please make sure the product is clearly visible in the video, and any damage or missing parts are clearly demonstrated.


Refunds:
• Once the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the damaged or incomplete item.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the replacement or refund as needed within 7-10 business days.


Exchanges:
• Exchanges are possible under certain conditions. The product must be unused, and you should have a valid reason for the exchange.
• To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at shopdop.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for exchange.


Return Shipping:
