2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available ? 

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on our website. 

This will allow you to pay at the time of delivery. 

3. What is the delivery time ?

It takes around 3-5 days to reach most of the parts in India.

This is an average time according to our experience. Of course the time may vary depending on courier service providers. 

We are working with renowned Shipping companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees etc.

Delivery time is around 3-4 days to these cities. Again, delivery time completely depends on Courier companies.

Other locations may get the delivery in around 4-5 days. Some North-East locations, hilly areas i.e. Kashmir locations, Leh and some remote locations may get the delivery in 6-7 days. 

As you know, Delivery time is subject to Courier Company providers. And brands like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbess are improving in their services.

4. Will I get the tracking id ?

Yes, the tracking Id can be checked into your profile. You will receive an SMS / Whatsapp and email confirmation of your shipment and tracking details embedded in it. 

This will allow you to track your parcel and real-time update of it's movement. 

5. Return / Refund Policy ?

Yes, you may check our refund / returns policy here.
Unpacking Video : This is really important. Please make an unpacking video as soon has you recieve the parcel. If you find something faulty, please share the image / video with us. 

It is our core responsibility to provide what we are claiming on our website. 

6. Are products original on your website ? 

Yes, all products are original on shopdop.in.
We are official distributor of popular brands like Al Fakher, Al Burj, Black Mamba, Davidoff, Camacho, Zino, MYA Saray India, Qehwa, WD Hookah, NOIR.

We don't sell copy products on the name of original products.
