Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all domestic orders within India.

  • A small advance payment is required to confirm the order, which will be deducted from the total order amount at the time of delivery.

3. What is the delivery time?

  • Delivery Time in India:
    3-5 days to most areas in India.
    • Urban cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3-4 days.
    • Rural/Remote locations: May take 5-7 days depending on courier service availability.
  • Local Delivery (Delhi/NCR):
    We offer same-day or next-day delivery for certain products in Delhi/NCR.
  • Courier Partners:
    We partner with reputable couriers like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and others.

4. Will I get a tracking ID?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.

  • A confirmation SMS, WhatsApp message, and email with the tracking details will be sent to you.
  • Track your order in real-time to stay updated on its movement.

5. What is your Return/Refund Policy?

  • Unpacking Video: When you receive your package, please record an unpacking video to ensure the process runs smoothly if there are any issues.
  • Return Conditions: We do not accept general returns but will process returns for damaged or incorrect items upon verification with proof (unpacking video).

8. Do you accept age verification for tobacco-related products?

As per regulations under the COTPA Act, we cannot serve customers below 21 years of age for tobacco-related products.

9. Will my package be discreet?

Yes, for privacy and security reasons, we do not label packages with terms like “flavor”, “hookah”, or “accessories”.

  • All packages are discreetly marked as “coal” to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Please record a complete unpacking video as soon as the package arrives. This video is mandatory for returns or replacements in case of damage or wrong items.

10. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to initiate a replacement or refund.

11. What if I receive the wrong item or damaged goods?

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Unpacking Video: Please provide a valid unpacking video showing the damage or wrong items.
  • Domestic Orders: Replacements are available for domestic orders.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, replacements are not available for international orders. Please contact our support team for assistance.

12. How does the upfront payment work for COD orders?

To ensure quick delivery and prevent fake orders, we require a small advance payment for COD orders.

  • Advance Payment: The advance will be deducted from the total order value at the time of delivery.
  • This policy helps prevent unwanted returns and fake orders.

13. Can I use express delivery for faster shipping?

Yes, we offer express delivery in select areas, especially in Delhi/NCR.

14. What if I change my mind after receiving the product?

We generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent.
However, as a special consideration for prime customers, we may accept returns in certain cases.

15. Why do you charge a small advance payment for COD?

The advance payment is a policy to prevent fraudulent orders and to ensure that the customer accepts the parcel upon delivery.

16. Do you sell Vapes or Pen Hookahs?

No, due to government restrictions under the COTPA Act, vapes and pen hookahs are banned in India, and we do not sell these products on our website.
