Shipping & Exchange Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer nationwide shipping within India for all our products.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • Standard shipping times within India are estimated at 4-7 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  • Shipping costs are fixed and free if the order value is above INR 1400. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a nominal charge of Rs. 80.

COD Advance:

  • To ensure the smooth delivery of your COD order, our team will request a small advance payment during the confirmation call.
  • This advance amount, which can vary based on the total order value, helps confirm that you will accept and properly receive the parcel.
  • The advance payment will be deducted from your total order value upon delivery.
  • In the case of COD advance payments, if a parcel is returned due to the customer's unavailability or any other such issues at the customer's end, no refund will be issued.

International Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers around the world.
  • Parcels will be sent out of India 3-4 days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timeline:
    • Urban cities: 10-12 days.
    • Rural cities: 20-25 days, depending on the location.
  • Customs and import duties may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • If there are any changes in shipping charges, we will notify you via email and WhatsApp.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Order Delays:

  • In the rare event of unexpected delays in shipping, we will promptly communicate with you and provide updates on the status of your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file a report.
