Domestic Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping within India for all our products. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shree Maruti Courier, BlueDart, DTDC, Speed Post, and others as per availability.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
- Standard Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time within India is 4-7 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹1400 within India.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders below ₹1400.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for all locations within India, subject to delivery area availability.
- A nominal charge of ₹80 will apply for COD orders.
COD Advance
To ensure the smooth delivery of your COD order, our team will request a small advance payment during the confirmation call.
- Advance Payment: The advance amount, which may vary based on the total order value, helps confirm that you will accept and properly receive the parcel.
- Refund on COD Advance: The advance payment will be deducted from the total order value upon delivery.
- Non-Refundable: If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or issues at the customer’s end, no refund will be issued for the advance payment.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to various countries worldwide. International shipping details are as follows:
- Shipping Carriers: International orders are shipped based on the availability of shipping carriers.
- Delivery Timelines
- Urban Areas: Estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days.
- Rural Areas: Estimated delivery time is 20-25 business days, depending on the location.
- Customs and Import Duties:
- Customs and import duties may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Our support team will inform you about any applicable customs duties during the order processing stage.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated based on actual costs for international orders. Please contact our support team for more details and assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Order Delays
In the rare event of unexpected delays in shipping, we will promptly communicate with you and provide updates on the status of your order. We appreciate your understanding in case of such delays.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply. If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details, we may not be able to process a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Domestic Orders: In the event that your domestic order is lost or stolen, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in locating the package.
- International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer any claims or assistance in the case of lost or stolen international orders. No exchange or compensation will be provided for lost or damaged items.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a replacement policy for damaged or missing items, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are available only for defective products or wrong items received.
- Exchanges are only accepted if a proper unpacking video is provided. The video must meet the following criteria:
- Start by clearly showcasing the label on the package.
- Show the full unpacking process until all items are displayed.
- Without this video, we regret that we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
- Timeframe for Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Conditions for Exchange: Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Return Process: To request an exchange or return, please contact our support team with the unpacking video. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Refund Information
Refunds will only be issued if approved by our support team, and the refund approval will depend on various factors:
- Wrong Items Received: If you receive the wrong items, you must send the items back to us. If the items are not damaged, we will send the correct items as a replacement.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after approval. The time taken for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment source (credit card, UPI, etc.).
- Cancellation of Orders: If an order is canceled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway policies.
